These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text message program operated by Raven Cargo Inc. (“Raven”, “we”, “our”, “us”), an Illinois (USA) corporation with its principal office at 954 West Washington Blvd, Chicago, IL 60607 USA. By opting in to receive text messages from Raven, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Raven Cargo SMS Alerts sends recurring automated text messages to customers, carriers, drivers and business contacts who opt in. Messages may include shipment status and ETA updates, load assignment and dispatch alerts, delivery confirmations, operational notifications from our team, and AI Assisted Chats with Corvin, Raven’s AI-powered communication system. Some messages may be generated or sent by that AI-powered system on Raven’s behalf.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on a Raven Cargo SMS opt-in form and checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default. Opting in is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of doing business with Raven Cargo Inc.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with your shipment and load activity.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier, according to your mobile plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

We handle the information you give us under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the revised SMS Terms are posted on this page, and the date above shows when they were last updated.
